GE Vernova is hiring a Lead Drives Control Application Software Engineer at its Rugby site to own the full development lifecycle of control application software for megawatt-scale electric drive systems serving marine, naval, energy, and industrial customers. The role covers specification, design, coding, validation, integration, commissioning support, and adherence to engineering and international standards. It is a senior individual contributor position requiring industrial drive control expertise, VSD software development experience, UK SC clearance, and unrestricted travel; PLC, MATLAB/Simulink, and HIL testing experience are preferred.
