Description
The Lead Dryer Operator oversees the drying and packaging of food products, including sanitation, safety, quality controls, CIP procedures, batch documentation, equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, and team coordination. The role reports to the Production Supervisor, may cover other departments and shifts, and requires a high school diploma or three years of similar experience, forklift certification, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a rotating 12-hour shift from 6 PM to 6 AM.
