Description
Lesaffre is hiring a Lead Dryer Operator for its Biospringer team to oversee the drying and packaging of food products. The role reports to the Production Supervisor, follows food safety and GMP procedures, monitors quality controls, maintains CIP and batch records, troubleshoots equipment, assigns work, and trains other operators. It is a 12-hour rotating shift from 6 PM to 6 AM, with coverage responsibilities for the opposite shift and SAP duties for the Process side. A high school diploma or three years of similar experience, forklift certification, mechanical aptitude, and basic troubleshooting skills are required; manufacturing and packaging knowledge is preferred.
