Description
The Lead Echo Tech/Educator provides clinical leadership, echocardiographic imaging, quality assurance, research support, equipment troubleshooting, and staff training within a Heart Station. The role performs complex cardiac studies, evaluates sonographer competencies, develops educational programs, maintains clinical protocols, and collaborates with physicians and the Heart Station Manager. It requires a 2-4 year diagnostic ultrasound program, an active ARDM/RDCS or CCI credential, active BLS certification, and 7-10 years of echocardiography experience.
