Inca Digital is hiring a fully remote Lead Editor to translate technical concepts, data narratives, and brand stories into compelling motion graphics. The role owns the end-to-end animation pipeline, from interpreting stakeholder briefs and sketching concepts through motion execution, sound pairing, and final export, while maintaining brand alignment and communicating asynchronously. Candidates need at least two years of professional motion graphics or editing experience, strong Adobe Suite and After Effects proficiency, a portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across C-Suite, business development, and marketing.
