Explorers Early Learning is hiring a Lead Educator for its Frankston North centre. The role leads a room using a Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum, builds relationships with children, families, and educators, supports child development and safety, and helps the team deliver high-quality early learning experiences. Applicants need an ACECQA-approved qualification at Diploma level or higher, experience or passion for working with children under three, current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications, required child-safety training, and Australian working rights.
