Explorers Early Learning is hiring a Lead Educator in Werribee to lead a room using a Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum, build relationships with children, families, and educators, and support a safe, nurturing early-learning environment. The role requires an ACECQA-approved qualification at Diploma level or higher, experience or passion for working with children under three, current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications, completion of Working with Children Check, Mandatory Reporting and National Child Safety Training, and Australian working rights.
