Reggio's Treehouse is hiring a full-time Lead Preschool Teacher to work as a Lead Facilitator in a Reggio Emilia-inspired early childhood program. The role involves planning individualized lessons, designing inquiry-based provocations, observing and documenting student progress, collaborating with educators, supporting families, maintaining child safety and licensing compliance, and participating in school events and professional development. Applicants need a CDA or associate degree in early childhood education or a related field, at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare facility, kindergarten, or early childhood program, organizational skills, professionalism, dependability, and technology comfort.
