Reggio’s Treehouse is hiring Lead Toddler Educators for multiple locations in Washington, DC. The role leads Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool classrooms by designing emergent, child-centered learning experiences, observing and documenting children, developing provocations, supporting classroom practices, collaborating with educators and school leadership, and communicating with families. Required qualifications include an associate’s degree in early childhood education or related coursework, applicable education and experience requirements, and CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, licensed childcare experience, Reggio Emilia experience, and experience with observation, documentation, emergent curriculum, and project-based learning.
