SEL is hiring an EHS Lead Professional in Lewiston, Idaho to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs. The role oversees compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and ISO 14001 and 45001 standards, leads cross-functional initiatives, manages hazards and incident investigations, supports management of change, and provides technical guidance and mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in an EHS-related field or engineering or equivalent experience, professional certification, at least five years of management experience, and subject-matter expertise in an EHS program. The position offers a $115,300–$170,400 annual pay range and medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
