Description
Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is hiring a Lead EHS Supervisor to lead and support environmental, health, and safety programs, maintain MEHS policies, conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, provide employee training, ensure regulatory and corporate compliance, support sustainability and waste reduction, and supervise EHS technicians. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of EHS or related experience with supervisory experience, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 knowledge, and familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations; bilingual English/Spanish ability and wastewater or professional certification experience are preferred. The position offers less than 25% travel and flexible on-site work solutions.
