Coherent Corp. is hiring an Optical Transceiver Electrical Design Engineer to lead the electrical design and testing of co-packaged optics and optical-engine products from concept through production. The role covers silicon photonic and electronics IC co-design, signal and power integrity simulation, high-speed validation, power delivery modeling, PCB stack-up review, interconnect schematic management, and optical package development. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 12 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 10 years, or a PhD with 7 years, and is full-time and on-site with occasional travel.
