Description
Skanska is hiring a Lead Electrical Design Manager for its Anglian Water Project in Peterborough. The role leads a portfolio of water recycling, infrastructure, and water supply projects; coaches and mentors junior engineers; ensures compliance with CDM, Electricity at Work, BS7671, WIMES, DSEAR, and other relevant standards; reviews multidisciplinary designs; manages queries and changes; and drives sustainable, low-carbon, offsite, modular, and repeatable design solutions. Applicants need an engineering or equivalent degree or equivalent knowledge, preferably chartered status, water-sector capital project experience, knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, and experience mentoring junior engineers. The contract is permanent, with flexible working options where possible.
