Description
The Lead Electrical Designer is a senior project-team manager responsible for leading electrical design initiatives, supervising design professionals, managing project functions from surveys through construction administration, and serving as Job Captain. The role includes reviewing shop drawings, performing field observations, preparing reports, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and developing and training direct-report team members. It requires at least six years of electrical design experience, including two years as a Senior Designer, a four-year engineering degree, project-management ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and REVIT.
