Description
Worley is hiring a Lead Electrical Designer to provide technical and design leadership for electrical design activities on small to medium-sized projects and work packages. The role leads electrical layouts, routing, installation drawings, cable management, equipment locations, lighting, grounding, hazardous-area layouts, and related deliverables; reviews designs for quality, constructability, and compliance; coordinates with Electrical Engineers and other disciplines; manages a small design team; and supports project planning, reviews, client feedback, and continuous improvement. Applicants need an electrical engineering or related diploma or degree, extensive industrial electrical design experience, and proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD, SmartPlant, AVEVA E3D, or Revit. The salary range for applicants based in British Columbia is $118,726 to $160,630.
