Description
Acron Aviation is hiring a Lead Electrical Engineer for its Surveillance product line to develop TCAS and transponder radios. The role owns the electrical engineering discipline from concept through qualification and lifecycle management, including digital, analog, power, RF, avionics interfaces, schematics, certification documentation, system architecture, testing, and customer communication. The engineer will mentor junior engineers, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and support proposals for programs involving avionics, RF, and sensor systems. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with at least 15 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least 13 years of related experience, along with extensive avionics, systems engineering, and hardware design experience.
