Description
The Electrical Lead will manage the delivery and execution of electrical systems across construction projects, overseeing power distribution, lighting, ELV, fire alarms, and building automation from design coordination through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. The role coordinates with other disciplines, supervises subcontractors and suppliers, monitors schedules and budgets, reviews designs and submittals, troubleshoots on-site issues, ensures compliance with electrical codes and safety standards, maintains QA/QC documentation, and leads site electrical engineers and supervisors. The position is based in Middlesbrough and requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, 7–10 years of experience managing electrical works on large projects, and knowledge of LV, MV, ELV, and building management systems.
