Description
The role designs and reviews complex electrical products and customer specifications, creates and transmits drawings, orders materials, interfaces with sales, customers, and shop, and checks the work of lower-level engineers. It may include work-leader responsibilities such as task assignment, performance feedback, and on-the-job training. The position requires at least eight years of engineering experience, an electrical engineering or electrical technology degree, advanced CAD and electrical design skills, knowledge of power systems and electrical codes, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex application problems.
