Description
The role leads a small team of 3–4 engineers and is responsible for delivering electrical projects on time and to quality, analyzing requirements, presenting technical solutions, managing customer relationships, and maintaining ISO/quality standards. It requires 10–12 years of experience in plant operation, maintenance, reliability, and power-system analysis, along with hands-on knowledge of electrical equipment, power-system analysis tools, equipment strategies, criticality assessments, hazardous-area classifications, and electrical documentation. The position also requires strong analytical, communication, and independent-work skills.
