Worley is hiring a full-time Lead Electrical Engineer in Oakville, Ontario, to provide technical leadership and deliver electrical engineering solutions for mining and metals projects. The role covers high-, medium-, and low-voltage systems, substations, protection and control systems, SCADA, power studies, procurement, commissioning, and startup; it also involves leading multidisciplinary teams, managing project interfaces, mentoring engineers, and supporting proposal and technical-study activities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience, typically 10 years of progressively responsible experience in mining, minerals, metals, or related industrial sectors, and strong knowledge of electrical systems, Canadian codes, and engineering software. A P.Eng. designation or eligibility for registration with a Canadian engineering regulatory body is preferred, and the salary range is CAD 149,294 to 175,641.
