Klein Tools is hiring a Lead Electrical Engineer to lead high-complexity electromechanical projects across multiple product categories and serve as a technical reference. The role covers electrical subsystem architecture, cross-functional project leadership, design reviews, testing and qualification strategies, reliability and safety compliance, troubleshooting, cost modeling, supplier and contract-manufacturing readiness, and mentorship of engineers. A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is required; a Master of Science from an ABET-accredited institution and five to seven years of direct electrical work experience are preferred.
