Description
SpaceX is hiring a Lead Electrical Engineer, Hardware Reliability (Starlink) to lead reliability and field-performance engineering for Starlink User Terminal Kit hardware. The role manages investigations, qualification strategies, environmental and system testing, telemetry analysis, root-cause corrective actions, production quality, and manufacturing improvements, while mentoring engineers and coordinating with design, software, manufacturing, and supply-chain teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, at least two years of relevant engineering experience, and at least one year leading a team of three or more engineers. The position is based in the Bastrop, Texas area, requires up to 30% travel, and does not consider remote or hybrid work.
