Worley is hiring a full-time Lead Electrical Engineer in Vancouver, British Columbia, to provide technical leadership and deliver electrical engineering solutions for mining and metals projects. The role covers high-, medium-, and low-voltage systems, substations, protection and control systems, SCADA, power studies, procurement, commissioning, and startup; it also involves leading multidisciplinary teams, managing project interfaces, mentoring engineers, and supporting proposals and technical studies. Candidates need mining or related industrial electrical engineering experience, knowledge of Canadian electrical codes and engineering software, and typically 10 years of progressively responsible experience. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent combination is required, while P.Eng. designation or eligibility is preferred. The salary range is $142,245 to $179,237.
