L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Electrical Engineer in Fort Wayne, Indiana on a 9/80 schedule. The role leads and supports electrical design teams developing new products, owns electrical program cost and schedule, reports earned-value metrics, performs component, subsystem, and system design trades and analyses, and collaborates with systems, mechanical, optical, software, firmware, and manufacturing engineering staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and seven years of related experience, or thirteen years of related experience without a degree, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
