L3Harris is hiring a Lead Electrical Interconnect Engineer in Orlando, Florida, to lead the architecture, design, review, integration, fabrication support, and testing of cable harness assemblies and interconnect solutions for complex flight hardware, laboratory assets, and ground support equipment. The role requires translating system requirements into cable and interconnect designs, managing engineering documentation and change impact, leading other engineers, and partnering with systems, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and test teams. The position follows a 9/80 schedule and requires a bachelor's degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least 7 years, or 13 years of experience in lieu of a degree, plus the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
