Description
Eaton is hiring a Lead Electrical Sustaining Engineer for its Grand Rapids, Michigan aerospace manufacturing facility. The role leads product improvement, reliability, quality, requalification, and component obsolescence initiatives for electro-mechanical products such as motor controllers, DC motors, circuit boards, and actuators. The engineer will also troubleshoot electronic hardware, support new-product development and supplier transfers, and provide technical support to operations, procurement, customers, and other teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, at least five years of electrical engineering experience, on-site daily work, and no visa sponsorship.
