HulstFlier Installatietechniek is hiring a Lead Electrical Technician in Elburg to manage electrical technicians, monitor project schedules, oversee quality and progress, and ensure electrical installations are completed safely and efficiently. The role may be assigned to major maintenance and renovation, commercial buildings, villa construction, or small-scale construction projects, with the lead also performing hands-on work when needed. Candidates need an MBO-level 3 or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering, lead or extensive independent electrical technician experience, VCA VOL, a Category B driving license, strong organizational and communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
