The Lead Electrical Technician coordinates and distributes daily work in the panel-building department, guides technicians while they wire control panels, and monitors quality, progress, and schedules. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, participating in panel-building work, and supporting colleagues. Candidates need panel-building or comparable electrical engineering experience, leadership skills, attention to quality, strong communication, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
