Description
The Lead Electrician owns the execution of assigned electrical jobs from mobilization through completion, managing daily production, materials, labor, quality, safety, reporting, and callbacks. The role leads helpers and apprentices, teaches installation and safety practices, and communicates job status to office and leadership. Journeyman or Master Electrician capability and strong field leadership experience are preferred, along with knowledge of commercial, industrial, and service electrical work, the ability to read plans and assess field conditions, and a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
