The employer is hiring a full-time Lead Electrician to lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and residential projects. The role includes installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems; interpreting blueprints; ensuring work is safe, timely, and code-compliant; training junior electricians and apprentices; and coordinating with project managers, inspectors, and clients. Candidates need at least eight years of electrical experience, leadership or foreman experience, knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards, project-management and team-leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.
