InSight Manufacturing Services is hiring a full-time Lead Electromechanical Assembler in Rancho Cordova, California, for in-person work at $20.00–$26.00 per hour. The role assembles electromechanical products, wire harnesses, connectors, and mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components; interprets blueprints and schematics; inspects quality; maintains inventory; and mentors less experienced assemblers. Candidates need prior electromechanical or manufacturing assembly experience, blueprint-reading ability, tool proficiency, attention to detail, and willingness to mentor.
