L3Harris is hiring an Electronic Warfare, Systems Engineering Lead in Clifton, New Jersey. The role provides technical leadership for the architecture, development, integration, validation, and lifecycle management of complex aerospace and electronic warfare systems, including avionics, interfaces, flight and system controls, requirements traceability, supplier oversight, risk management, and technical reviews. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of prior experience, or equivalent graduate-degree and experience combinations, and requires a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain higher levels. The schedule is 9/80, with every other Friday off, and includes up to 10% travel. The disclosed New Jersey salary range is $127,500 to $236,000, with health and disability insurance and other benefits.
