HSBC is hiring an Embedded Banking Program Information Technology (IT) Delivery Manager in Toronto to own enterprise-scale technology delivery for embedded banking solutions involving complex partner integrations and downstream bank systems. The role owns end-to-end delivery from business case through build, test, release, and hyper care; shapes roadmaps and release sequencing; manages governance, risks, dependencies, partner and vendor delivery, production readiness, and service transition; and applies scaled Agile, Lean, API, cloud, and AI practices. Candidates need significant technology program delivery leadership experience in regulated environments, large-scale integration experience, governance and stakeholder-management expertise, and relevant Agile, cloud, or AI certifications or equivalent experience.
