Description
Develop embedded software and system ROM code for NXP MCX, Crossover RT, and i.MX devices. The role includes creating HAL and peripheral drivers for interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, USB, and CAN across bare-metal, ROM, and RTOS environments; validating ROM and software deliverables in RTL and emulation platforms; resolving system-level issues; supporting customers; and maintaining code repositories. It also emphasizes pre-silicon verification, security hardening, safety and security standards, and collaboration across SoC, architecture, design, verification, documentation, and software teams.
