Eaton is hiring a Lead Embedded Hardware Engineer for its Middle East Engineering Team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role leads the hardware technology roadmap and technical direction for industrial control products, including PLCs, low-voltage switchgear, embedded systems, IoT products, and related control solutions. Responsibilities include new-product and technology introduction, PCB modernization, value engineering, manufacturing support, component lifecycle management, validation, testing, and product lifecycle management. The position requires a master’s or bachelor’s degree in electronics or electronics and telecommunications, at least eight years of relevant experience, and expertise in embedded hardware design, PCB manufacturing and assembly, CAM tools, design for manufacturing, and EMI/EMC.
