L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Embedded Software Test Engineer for its Wilmington, Massachusetts location to develop and lead embedded test software for complex space-based imaging payloads. The role covers the complete software lifecycle, including requirements, design, test software development, integration and testing of embedded flight systems, test plans and procedures, automated test infrastructure, documentation, and analysis of test results. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 9 years of prior relevant experience, TS/SCI clearance eligibility, and experience with aerospace test development and embedded systems. The position offers a 9/80 schedule, relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus of up to $30,000, and a disclosed salary range of $135,000 to $250,500.
