Description
ICF is hiring a remote Lead Electrical Energy Engineer based in the Los Angeles Metro area to oversee electrical engineering for decarbonization, electrification, distributed energy resources, energy efficiency, and related programs in California. The role includes reviewing proposals and contracts, providing QA/QC oversight, developing conceptual designs, performing power-system and DER analyses, conducting field audits, supporting project implementation, and coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience, a California professional electrical engineering license, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license; the position requires up to 30% local travel within Southern California.
