oneZero Financial Systems is hiring a full-time Lead Engagement Operations Engineer for its Johannesburg office. The role leads the engagement operations engineering function, owns implementation methodology and quality assurance, escalates complex technical issues, guides customer implementations and integrations, manages stakeholder expectations, and drives process improvement and operational excellence. It requires an experienced candidate with at least five to seven years in customer-facing technical operations or implementation, at least two years of direct technical leadership, and experience in financial markets, fintech, or trading technology. The position is hybrid and requires a driver’s license and own transport.
