SQUER is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to design and own AI-enhanced software products, apply LLMs and cloud-native AI services in production, build scalable data pipelines and APIs, consult with product and customer stakeholders, and lead and mentor engineering teams. The role requires several years of software engineering and architectural experience, production AI experience, cloud platform expertise, data and API architecture knowledge, leadership ability, and fluency in German and English. It offers hybrid work, training, vacation, and an annual gross salary of €81,000 to €103,000.
