Description
ABM is hiring a Lead Engineer to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure. The role supervises engineers and maintenance staff, develops work assignments, handles trouble calls, conducts inspections, enforces safety regulations, creates schedules, and manages operational manuals, safety and inventory programs, preventive maintenance, work orders, vendors, and training. The Watch Engineer serves as the primary on-site technical expert and collaborates with property management and vendors. Pay is $56.52 per hour, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
