Apex Engineering Group is hiring a Lead Engineer for its Water Group to manage water and wastewater projects from planning through design and construction. The role leads engineers, technicians, and support staff; prepares proposals and participates in interviews; develops project plans and specifications; coordinates with other engineering teams; and contributes to business development. Candidates need a civil or environmental engineering degree, a professional engineer license or ability to obtain one within 6–12 months, at least seven years of water or wastewater engineering experience, strong project and construction management skills, and a valid driver’s license. The position is based in any listed Apex office and offers a base salary of $95,000–$130,000 plus health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
