Apex Engineering Group is hiring a Lead Engineer in Minnetonka, Minnesota, to manage municipal engineering projects from planning through design and construction. The role leads engineers, technicians, and support staff; prepares proposals and participates in interviews; coordinates multidisciplinary teams; and performs civil design, specifications, construction administration, observation, and project management. Candidates need a civil engineering bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of municipal civil engineering experience, strong project and construction management skills, and a professional engineer license or ability to obtain one within 6–12 months. The position offers a base salary of $95,000–$130,000 plus health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
