Description
Arcadia is hiring a Lead Engineer to serve as the technical anchor of its Growth & Governance squad in India. The role owns architecture and technical direction for services in the utility-data acquisition, extraction, and audit pipeline; leads medium-to-large projects; reviews designs and code; manages reliability and technical debt; participates in production support; and mentors earlier-career engineers. The position requires extensive backend and distributed-systems experience, enterprise Java and Python, SQL and relational data modelling, high-volume data pipelines, event-driven systems, AWS or similar cloud platforms, production operability, strong AI-driven development practice, architectural judgment, and demonstrated mentorship. The company uses a hybrid model with a remote-first policy.
