Ballast Nedam Industriebouw is hiring a Lead Engineer in Rotterdam to provide technical leadership on industrial projects with a focus on civil engineering and its interfaces with mechanical and E&I disciplines. The role reviews designs, working drawings, and technical specifications for constructability, feasibility, safety, and quality; coordinates with clients and external engineering firms; and leads a small internal technical team. The position requires extensive civil engineering, site engineering, technical management, or engineering coordination experience, multidisciplinary interface knowledge, coaching ability, and Dutch proficiency at B2 level. Compensation is €6,750–€7,750 gross per four weeks for full-time employment, with additional benefits.
