Description
The Lead Maintenance Engineer will lead and develop a maintenance team at The Crown Estate, Regent Street, London, overseeing health and safety, permit-to-work and LOTO systems, subcontractor compliance, preventive and reactive maintenance, asset registers, procurement, customer service, incident reporting, and weekly reporting. The role requires on-site high- and low-voltage authorised-person work when qualified and on shift, technical support for engineers and clients, and management of day engineers and shift team members.
