The role covers thermal performance and cost competitiveness across product and customer projects, thermal system concepts, simulations, measurements, modeling, cross-domain coordination, project deliverables, technical guidance, and software-related thermal management. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, expertise in thermodynamics and thermal systems, experience with electrified powertrain cooling, simulation and software tools, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
