Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will provide technical support and leadership to the Production and Logistics Departments, develop manufacturing processes, improve quality, cost, and efficiency, and guide Manufacturing Engineers, Junior Engineers, and Technicians. The role covers manufacturing cells, NPI, project management, process control plans, FMEAs, SOPs, assembly and test fixtures, lean manufacturing, statistical process validation, and cross-site manufacturing best practice. It requires a mechanical or manufacturing engineering HNC/HND or degree, manufacturing experience, project-management ability, and knowledge of CAD, hydraulics or pneumatics, lean principles, and preferably 6 Sigma.
