Description
Collinson is hiring a Lead Engineer for a fully remote, two-year fixed-term role in Poland through an international contractor agreement/EOR. The position is a hands-on technical leadership role in a 5–7 engineer cross-functional squad, responsible for full-stack software design and development, code reviews, API and architecture decisions, mentoring, cloud-native AWS operations, infrastructure as code, automated testing, TDD, and CI/CD. The technology environment includes TypeScript, Node.js, React, AWS, EKS, Lambda, Aurora RDS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, GraphQL, REST, Kafka, MongoDB, relational databases, GitHub Actions, DataDog, Git, Confluence, and Jira.
