Description
The Lead Engineer will provide technical leadership for machine-building and industrial engineering projects, guide and coach engineers, review designs, monitor planning and quality, translate complex technical issues into manufacturable solutions, and serve as the primary technical contact for clients. The role requires a higher professional or university degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, at least seven years of relevant experience, knowledge of 3D CAD such as SolidWorks or Inventor, and strong analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills. The position offers a gross salary of €5,000–€6,500 per month and opportunities for professional development.
