Description
The Lead Engineer Marine & Offshore will design and integrate complex mechanical systems for marine and offshore vessels, including generator sets, pump sets, propulsion systems, bow thruster drives, cooling, ventilation, fuel, and exhaust systems. The role covers technical calculations, concept and production drawings, system integration, installation considerations, and coordination with customers, suppliers, project managers, and engineering partners. Candidates need a higher professional education in mechanical engineering or a comparable field, 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of mechanical systems and CAD; experience with FEM, FEA, or technical calculations is a plus. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,500 to €5,000, a performance bonus, vacation and pension benefits, training, and hybrid working.
